Reservation and Transportation Ticket Agent and Travel Clerk We are currently seeking a new team member to work as a Reservations for our Queenstown Operation. You will be working at our Head Office Office in Remarkables Park, selling Southern Discoveries products in Milford Sound. You will also help out at our Central Queenstown Retail outlets, coordinating our morning coach dispatch, and selling tourism products to visitors, so there is plenty of variety in the role. To be successful in this role you will have the following key skills and attributes: • Passion for delivering great customer service and an outstanding visitor experience • Calm and organised, with outstanding attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Computer literate, with experience in booking systems an advantage • Strong team player, but also able to work autonomously once you are trained in our systems • Professional, punctual, and reliable This is a full-time position, guaranteed 40 hours per week over a 7-day roster, which will include weekends and public holidays, and some early evenings. You will be given full training and the job has plenty of variety in a fun and supportive team.
