Essential Skills Requirements:- Proficiency in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders- Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret business needs and propose effective solutions- Ability to work collaboratively within the Agile Working Model (AWM) framework and adapt to changing project requirements Advantageous Skills Requirements:Familiarity with process integration across multiple SAP modulesProficiency in the German languageKnowledge of technical integration across various technologiesFlexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and willingness to travel internationally as required Qualifications and Experience:3-5 years of DevOps experience in commercial or retail end-user IT applicationsRelevant SAP Functional Certification in EWMResponsibilities:Understand business requirements and prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents, obtaining sign-off from stakeholders.Propose proactive solutions to enhance support for new business processes, providing input on benefits and risks.Prepare test data and support testing activities, including unit testing, system integration tests, and user acceptance testing.Analyze and define end-user authorization roles.Develop user manuals and conduct training for business process owners.Prepare cut-over strategy, including data migration planning.Support pre and post Go-Live activities, including change management and post-implementation support.Interact with clients through various channels, including meetings, calls, and emails.Troubleshoot and resolve operational and maintenance tickets within defined SLAs.Collaborate with consultants from other modules and update documentation as necessary.Take a proactive approach to software development/design process and adhere to Agile Methodology.Attend all team meetings and utilize the Agile Tool Chain effectively.
