Job Description Work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streamsAssistance to passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in German & English languagesWorkon airline reservations systems & handle voice calls in English & German may include some written correspondence.Fully paid product and systems training provided.Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and complimentsRequired to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.Demanding and time-sensitive call center environmentRequirementsNative level fluency in the German language: Verbal & Written skills essential (Advanced level may be considered)Located in South AfricaPermanent residence permit/ South African ID holders onlyExcellent Computer literacy & technical skillsNo criminal record.Flexibility to work shiftsPrevious customer service experience preferredBenefits1. Remuneration: R200 000 CTC per annum2. Full-time, Permanent contract: 40 hours per week at 8-9 hours shifts per day3. Operational hours:24/7; 365 days per week- Rotational shifts Mondays Sundays include & public holidays as operationally required. Working hours may be subject to change depending on client requirements.- Specific operating hours may apply depending on the account allocated TBD in the interview stage (however flexibility is key)4. Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid).5. Probation period: 4 months6. Health insurance benefit (Paid for by the Company)7. Work from home may be considered:- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase or own solution accepted).Current Shift Pattern:09:00 17:30 (Early Shift)Rotational Roster10:30 19:00 (Late Shift)09:00 17:30 (Saturday)No shift on Sundays (OFF)Shifts move forward by 1 hour to account for Daylight SavingsPlease note: We are a Contact Centre operating on a 24/7 basis, thus all shifts are subject to change based on client requirements
