About the role: They are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Recruitment Consultant to spearhead their Recruitment Services division in South Africa. Responsibilities: Leads and oversees all aspects of the Recruitment Services division, including candidate sourcing, selection, onboarding, and client management. Develops and implements strategic initiatives to expand the client base and enhance revenue streams. Fosters a high-performance culture within the team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to maximise individual and collective potential. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Stays abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive positioning. Drives operational efficiency and process improvements to streamline workflows and optimise resource allocation. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with broader organisational goals. Requirements: Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role. Demonstrated understanding of Employer on Record (EOR) services. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets, effectively manage client relationships, and drive business growth. Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
