Account specific roles and responsibilities: Perform eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalisations, and procedures. Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any missing information. Following up on unpaid claims within the standard billing cycle timeframe. Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary Identifying and billing secondary or tertiary insurances. Job Description: Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat). Resolve issues&accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc. Requirements At least 1 year doing medical insurance and claims Experience supporting a client for medical claims, benefits, eligibilities, denials, appeals Knowledge in US Medical Billing (Medicare and Medicaid) Excellent verbal and written English skills Amenable to work from 3:00 PM or later Has stable internet connection and ample working space to work from home Has back-up internet connection Ensure you have at least 3 to 4 hours of power backup for laptop, with 2nd screen and internet connectivity, when load shedding happens.
