Key Performance Areas: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regular maintenance of the pool and surrounding area. Enforce pool rules and pro-actively prevent any incidents. Daily interaction with guests. Ensure equipment and chemicals are securely stored at the end of shift. Position Requirements: First Aid level 1 Matric Previous experience would be an advantage. Ability to deal with guests in a professional and courteous manner. Must have own transport. Code B driver’s licence. Must have above average swimming skills. Person Requirements: Ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills Prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holiday, possible late evenings, and call outs.
