Our client in Alberton is looking for a Commercial Lawyer. We are looking for someone to fulfil the role on a 1 year contract basis, the following would be the qualifications and experience to consider:Law degree from a reputable universityLicensed to practice law in their country (“qualified”)Minimum 5 years of Post Qualification experience in Commercial law (PQE)At least 3 years of experience with a law firm….area of practice should include commercial lawIdeally, but not necessarily, experience with a multinational company as in-house counselOverview of responsibilities:Proactively supporting legal operations for all business units or sub business units and/or professional functions of Henkel operations in SSAProviding legal counselling and adviceManaging the preparation or review of the contracts Managing external disputes and litigationAnd all other legal supportTerritory:Based at Henkel office in S.
