As we continue to evolve in the digital era, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives and develop distinct digital advisory offerings. With a focus on leveraging emerging technologies, the MDDA will build a robust network of internal digital advisory resources across the organisation. The role demands visionary leadership, a deep understanding of digital trends, and a passion for leveraging technology for organisational success. Role responsibilities: Strategic Digital Transformation Leadership : Lead Zutari's digital transformation efforts, aligning them with organisational objectives. Ensure the adoption of advanced technologies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and project management. Comprehensive Digital Strategy Development : Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy tailored to Zutari's goals and clients’ needs. This strategy will drive business expansion and optimize customer experiences. Cultural Change and Digital Mindset Promotion : Drive cultural change across Zutari to foster a digital-first mindset at all organisational levels, promoting innovation and adaptability. Innovative Digital Advisory Offerings : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop unique digital advisory solutions that add value to clients. Ensure offerings are scalable, innovative, and aligned with industry standards. Commercialisation, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Take ownership of the sales process for digital advisory offerings, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and position Zutari as a trusted digital advisor. Internal Resource Development : Build and nurture a network of internal digital advisory resources, across various disciplines within Zutari. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance digital capabilities across the business. Technology Integration and Management : Oversee the development and maintenance of digital platforms, applications, and services, ensuring they align with Zutari's strategic objectives and enhance competitiveness. Data-Driven Decision Making : Lead data-driven decision-making processes at Zutari, leveraging analytics to drive business insights and improve decision-making. Information Security and Infrastructure Management : Ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented to safeguard digital assets and customer information. Oversee the management of Zutari's Information Services infrastructure. Partnership Development and Change Management : Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors and industry experts to stay at the forefront of digital innovation. Drive organisational change by promoting awareness and building capabilities to foster a culture of digital innovation. At least 15 years of proven experience in a senior digital leadership role, preferably within a project engineering or related industry. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, information technology. Advanced degree such as Masters or PhD will be advantageous Strong understanding of digital technologies, innovative trends, and best practices in a project management Track record of successfully implementing digital transformation initiatives across diverse business functions Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and foster a culture of digital innovation. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making. Business acumen with the ability to align digital strategies with overall business objectives. Ability to adapt to changing digital landscapes and industry dynamics.
