Ideally, prior experience working on a remote lodge or farm. ​Minimum 3 years experience in lodge general maintenance with ability to troubleshoot-essential. Role requires strong technical skills with the ability to perform and manage general repairs and maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, pumped sewerage, gas geysers, borehole pumps, pressure pumps, solar power, grounds and building maintenance, pools, fencing, fireguards and road maintenance. Project Management an added advantageKnowledge and experience of basic construction and small building projects (advantageous)Knowledge of first aid and safety regulations and procedures.
