In this case, the product scope isfor the entire Interventional Systems portfolio Job Responsibilities Developing strategic marketingplans Develop the marketing strategy forthe South Africa, West&East Sub-Saharan Africa region for the entire Interventional Systems portfolio,linked to the EMEA Interventional Systems portfolio and strategy Gathers, analyses and reportsrelevant market, customer and product data related to the InterventionalSystems product portfolio Competitor Intelligence analysison competition strategy, products and pricing and benchmarking of InterventionalSystems Marketing activities Prepares a yearly product andmarketing strategy for the Interventional Systems portfolio, incorporating thecommercial strategy for internal and external stakeholders of South Africa,West&East Sub-Saharan Africa, in support of the commercial organizationto achieve company targets Develop the commercial strength ofour service&product towards a valuable solutions offering Use sales forecasting andstrategic planning analysis to ensure the profitable sale of products andservices solutions in line with the Long Range Plan (LRP) Managing Promotional activitiesand Product Portfolio Develops in collaboration with theInterventional Systems CBX team all the necessary promotional materials inorder to support the sales activities of EEM teams thus, contributing to the Clientdigital transformation The organisation of congress,symposia and Client Learning Edge workshops, partnering with the EventSpecialist of the Region, Medical Affairs and local sales teams to achievelearning objectives Contributes to Client brand imagethrough communication with third parties. Maintain excellent relations withexternal official parties, authorities and organisations Implementing Marketing plans Cascade the Marketing strategy tothe local Sales organisation and Distributors, through regular communication,review of sales results and field visits in the countries Track monthly sales performance,understanding the gaps/pressure points and support countries with correctivestrategies Works closely with the digitalteam to utilise DetailAid on ShowPad for monitoring, tracking and adaptation ofmarketing materials Acts as marketing lead for thebranch and monitor and track complaints and recalls –highlight and reportnegative trends Aligns and collaborates withAccess&Closure, Therapeutics and IO teams to leverage productportfolios/launches as one client Interventional Systems Align and support trainingactivities Aligns product focus with Clienttraining teams to ensure sales force trainings are contributing to strategicportfolio objectives Supports the commercial teams asproduct specialist Contribute to the creation andMarketing of New products Closely follows up the marketreality and product evolutions in the field of the Interventional Systemsportfolio and look for new added value for the customer Investigates which additionalproducts or technologies are necessary in order to expand the business.Contribute ideas for the creation of new products and solution concepts Manages all marketing activitiesof new Client products in order to successfully introduce these (new) productsto the Region Cross functional field evaluationof (new) products and management of Post Market Surveillance Requirements Skills&Experience: University degree or comparableeducation in marketing, or proven relevant experience Practical experience in allmarketing strategy, concepts and techniques including product launches in SouthAfrica, West&East Sub-Saharan Africa Deep knowledge of the MedicalDevices, Diagnostics or Pharmaceutical industry market Good project management skills anda track record in delivering projects within budget and timeline Proven problem-solving skills Excellent presentation skills andstrong ability to communicate effectively when building plan – be able toarticulate complex viewpoints and arguments with clarity and purpose, and havethe ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation Able to work in EMEA matrixorganization, in a dynamic environment Team player and willing to workcollaboratively across the organization and with others to reachresults/resolution Excellent ability to function in aself-directed manner with a high degree of autonomy Strong capability to engage othersand to establish strong collaborative relationships and network with the SouthAfrica, West&East Sub-Saharan AfricaSales and Back-Office Teams Proficient in English, other languages such asFrench or local languages can be an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
