The Opportunity The Transport Team at Otago Regional Council are on the lookout for an Implementation Advisor- Transport to join them on a permanent, full-time basis in our Queenstown office. As Implementation Advisor - Transport, you will be responsible for the implementation of the public transport function, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of our services. The successful candidate will have the ability to maintain and improve the Otago Regional Council's implementation of its public transport function, whilst operating within budget and increasing the positive public profile of the ORC. About You Our ideal candidate will be: A relevant degree level qualification in commerce, business management or equivalent (or an equivalent combination of qualification and experience) A valid driver's licence required Three to five years' work experience including experience in business / local government / operational public transport delivery experience Sound knowledge of customer service techniques Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate clearly with all staff and the public Proven analytical skills. Strong organisational skills and processes Ability to work in a complex work environment, deal with ambiguity and across functions.
