We expect this person to demonstrate the skills recquired at this level, with the ability to influence decisions of the team and be able to stay in control of the roll out, and growth of the client & their digital transformation. You will need to have 5+ years’ experience in all areas of production within an Agency, including Content production, Post production and ATL/Digital/Stills/OOH knowledge.WORKING ENVIRONMENTWe are looking for a can do attitude and Positive approach to all manner of briefs. You’ll be part of a dynamic team of Producers who love challenge. This is a 5 day in office position.Job DescriptionNeed to be a team player and happy to innovate and collaborate with the Team.The Producer will work closely with the Production Lead to manage the full production process.Engaging and collaborating with our Creative and Account Management teams to ensure high quality production output.Understand the Clients Brand and produce appropriate and innovative solutions that will support the delivery of the final project.The position recquires expertise in ‘Television Production , Content Production, Stills Production, Video Production and Post-Production.Solid project management and administration skills are required, as well as excellent people management, and ability to work to deadlines.Creative input, direction and a solution-driven approach to all challenges during the various stages of the production will be required.Detailed understanding of the production process.The job process and requirements include the following:Individual Creative Output.Keep abreast of trends and innovation in the Advertising Industry. Particularly in ATL, Stills and Content production.Ensure work is of excellent quality and reflects the creative output.Prioritize workload to ensure demands and deadlines are met.Proactively provide sample and production input to creative teams that solve problems and enhance ideasBriefingTo receive a script, storyboard or concept for briefing.To interpret the brief in order to ascertain production requirements, budget and timeline for preparation of cost estimate.Confirmation of the technical specifications, Client and Agency material requirements.Excellent Client facing third party/supplier management skillsQuoting and Preparation of TreatmentBe able to ascertain required crew, equipment, and other shooting requirements.Negotiate and liaise with external suppliers.Source creative elements for a treatment.Prepare a detailed cost estimate with relevant supporting documentation, and present to Client.Ensure all budgets are vetted and approved in accordance with the margins set by the leadership team.Input required billing and supplier information into Chase.Meet with Client/Agency to discuss the project before proceeding to production.Source and Brief Directors.Negotiate efficiencies and better rates.Cost the job, sourcing the best suppliers for the output.Schedule and attend work-in-progress and Client meetings and ensure that all aspects of production are discussed and confirmed.Prepare and oversee the preparation of accurate production schedules.Monitoring of changes such as additional requirements, scripts, cast, music, etc.Ensure all usages for talent, stock imagery and music are correctly quoted and processed according to industry standardCo-ordinate all aspects required for the shoot including the movement, insuring and safety of the vehicles.Manage all logistics with the Auto Detailer.Monitor budget on an on-going basisWork with the leadership team to set financial targets and ensure optimal margins per project.Schedule and attend all production meetings.Problem-solving capacity, identifying causes and suggesting innovative solutionsShootManagement of the shoot — crew, agency, client, cast, vehicles etc.Ensure that the shot-list and treatment is being adhered to.Ensure the budget is adhered to.All driving to be only done by Approved drivers and all road safety standards are to be adhered.Ensure there is an Environmental Officer and a Safety Officer/Stunt Rep. in attendance if necessary.Problem solvingAttend all Agency and Client approvals and address all problems should they arise.Monitor any changes ensuring that the timing is adhered to and that the budget is being correctly managed.Monitor all edits, ensuring that the brief is adhered to and that the quality of the edit is of the highest standard and theAgency and Clients expectations, and to give input where necessary.Ensure preparation of scripts for the recording session.Attend voice over recordings, sound design and audio final mix sessions.Provide creative input where required.Negotiate and obtain licensing for any publishing or master rights.
