Administer trade marketing admin. Compile sales statistics and reports. Co-ordinate&administer quality complaints&retail queries. Representing the brand positively in a multitude of settings. Assisting in content creation (i.e., writing blogs, newsletters, product reviews, etc.). Participating in event marketing. Generating brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing. Being an opinion leader in his/her community. Providing feedback and insight on new products/services. Promoting the brand via social media accounts. Qualifications What will qualify you for this role? Sales/Marketing qualification or equivalent will be advantageous. At least 1 year experience in sales or customer services.
