Role Overview: As a Project Manager specializing in liquid separation technologies, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of liquid separation projects, including equipment installations, system upgrades, and process optimizations. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones and performance metrics. Coordinate resources, including internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards. Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and maximize project success. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on liquid separation technologies, such as membrane filtration, centrifugation, or ion exchange. Strong technical background in water and wastewater treatment processes, including an understanding of chemical, physical, and biological principles. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
