We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic HR Administrator based in Johannesburg to join our vibrant team and help drive our company's success to new heights! Responsibilities Include Initiate the Onboarding process and ensure that the “100 days of the onboarding” is deployed effectively for each new hire and that the new employee is able to transition smoothly through the process. Ensure reports are drawn in accordance with current employees within the onboarding process and their current progress. Provide regular feedback to Line Managers and highlight any areas of concern. Provide assistance with the execution of activities, plans and projects aimed at improving Engagement, Culture and Employee wellness. Collect all terminated documentation from all relevant stakeholders (BUM-Remuneration, Business Support Administrator and Group HR Manager) and save the information in the employee file in the HR server and ensure that all termination documents are sent to the employee. Load new/revised Job Profiles in the correct job profiler onto The People Portal, ongoing. Load approved performance contract data (per position) including job profile information&strategic objectives onto The People Portal. Maintain employee data on The People Portal, which includes elements such as loading new employee, terminating employees, position changes etc. Load approved SOP’s onto the People Portal system. Ensure that employees are notified, and that acknowledgement is tracked. Assist with Employee Relations issues, investigations, and corrective action review, as and when required. Promote adherence to Human Resources policies and procedures. Provide support to ensuring that Human Resources processes and practices are standardised, as and when required. Coordinate all trainings required and provide assistance to ensure all logistical arrangements are made. Assist Line Manager with all relevant Recruitment activities, which may include amongst others, drafting and Placing Adverts, screening CV, shortlisting, arranging interviews, conducting assessments etc. Arrange debriefing counselling sessions, as and when required. Effectively organise and manage all HR related filing, electronically via the HR server. Support Line Manager with the drafting and updating of HR forms and templates in Word, Excel, and other tools to drive efficiency, as and when required. Assist Line Manager with HR Monthly reporting. Assist Line Manager with the compilation and submission of the EE report, annually. Assist Line Manager to ensure that all clients are compliant with the Health and Safety Act outcomes. Contribute towards ensuring compliance with Changes in Employment process including preparing Amendment to contract letters and ensuring signed letters are received back and filed. Assist with ad hoc HR projects, as requested. Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 Diploma in Human Resource Management or related fields. Degree or Honours Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields(Beneficial). 1 to 2 years’ experience within the HR field. 2 to 3 years’ experience within the HR field, within the FMCG (Liquor) industry (Beneficial).
