Qualifications and Requirements:- Minimum 5 years experience as a production manager in a manufacturing environment (non-negotiable).- In-depth knowledge of the mining screening industry.- Proficiency in tooling and injection molding machines.- Excellent technical skills and the ability to develop and improve manufacturing processes.- Strong communication, numeracy, and computer literacy skills (full Microsoft suite).- Exceptional people management and staff management skills.- Customer-focused with a results and deadline-driven mindset.
