Fidelity Cash Solutions – CashMaster, Waltloo Pretoria Reporting to: Financial Manager The above position is vacant at CashMaster in Waltloo, reporting to the Financial Manager at CashMaster. The purpose of the position is to assist the Financial Manager to perform all the required accounting and financial functions. This includes the management of a team reporting directly into the position. Minimum Requirements: Recognised tertiary qualification and formal training in accounting. Minimum 5 years working experience in an accounting role. Prior experience in managing a team will be an added advantage. Sound working knowledge of the SAP system. Proficiency in MS Word, especially Excel, is essential (VLOOKUP, PIVOT). Numerical accuracy and highly methodical working methods are required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to liaise professionally with clients and personnel at all levels. Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines. Comply with all accounting policies and procedures. Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive) Preparation of the accounting records. Preparation of all daily and monthly reports. Preparation and approval of monthly journals. Approval of all General Ledger reconciliations. Managing the Fixed Asset Register. Management of the Petty and Testing Cash. Monitor and manage all stock transactions. Manage and monitor expenses. Perform monthly VAT reconciliations. Core Competencies Demonstrates integrity by modelling CashMaster’s values and ethical standards. Strong analytical skills.
