Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT clients and candidates. Source, screen, and interview IT professionals to match them with suitable job opportunities. Utilize advanced recruitment tools, such as AI-driven platforms and data analytics, to enhance the candidate sourcing process. Stay updated on IT industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert advice to clients and candidates. Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs. Requirements : Proven experience in IT recruitment or a related field. In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Understanding your Niche.
