Location : Bruma JHB, Sunninghill JHB&Menlyn PTA Job Description : As an Innovative IT Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top IT talent in roles that align with their expertise and career goals. You will employ state-of-the-art recruitment technologies and strategies to identify and attract the best candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT clients and candidates. Source, screen, and interview IT professionals to match them with suitable job opportunities. Utilize advanced recruitment tools, such as AI-driven platforms and data analytics, to enhance the candidate sourcing process. Stay updated on IT industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert advice to clients and candidates. Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs. Requirements : Proven experience in IT recruitment or a related field. In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Understanding your Niche. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships. Be a hunter. Generate new business. Thrive in a high-performance sale culture Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling Proficiency with advanced recruitment software and sourcing techniques. Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach. Full 360 recruitment cycle Achieve sales targets (proof of billings/sales/placements will be requested) Bachelor’s degree in information technology, human resources, business, or a related field is preferred.
