The post holder will report and support to the Chief Financial Officer to support the ever-growing adoption of electronic systems across our organisation. If you are looking for an exciting place to work and are passionate and engaging in your training delivery, then working with National Care Group could be your next best career step.Main responsibilities and duties:Responsibilities for systems trainer:Work on various special projects pertinent to the organisation’s digital roll-out agendaCo-ordinate with Operational and IT stakeholders to facilitate the implementation and embedding of information systems including the devising of training schedules and activity plans to ensure appropriate resources to deliver the project plan in a timely manner.Expedite all questions/problems generated by users regarding information systems and facilitate resolution.Responsible for follow-up training to all users of the system to promote continuous understanding either through e-mail, phone calls, handouts, demos, etcReview and evaluate data input into the system and provide feedback to senior management where requiredCapabilities for systems trainerAbility to interact, communicate and empathise effectively across all levels of colleaguesAbility to conduct training (one-on-one, workshops, video, multi-media) effectivelyAbility to use a variety of research tools to develop course materialAbility to multi-task and prioritise training and support where needed mostAbility to apply ‘needs and systems analysis’ methods and techniques in order to identify where and how cost and time-effective improvements can be made or, as necessitated by internal or external regulationsConduct analysis of current training content and assess need for additional content and recommend changesCharacteristics of a successful candidate:Ability to engage, appreciate and even empathise with all training attendeesExcellent training experience combined with a tenacious and resilient mentalityAbility to maintain focus on outcomes with the ability to circumvent presented obstaclesProficient use of IT platforms and a quick understanding of less familiar platformsCreative and effective methods of evaluating students learning activityProvides a continuous learning path for assigned programs and audiencesActing as a point of contact for internal and external customers.To help with day-to-day use of systems/answering queries and resolving issuesAs one of the UK’s leading providers of care and support services to vulnerable adults, National Care Group fully appreciate the amazing and life changing work our teams do.
