As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead the company to new heights of success.Responsibilities:o      Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in alignment with the vision and goals set by the chairman.o      Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance monitoring to ensure the company operates within budget and achieves financial targets.o      Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and drive revenue growth through innovative strategies and market expansion.o      Operational Excellence: Provide leadership and guidance to the operations manager and office manager to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations.o      Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement, and develop talent within the organization to support long-term growth and success.o      Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to maintain the company's reputation and minimize risk.o      Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and the board of directors, to build and maintain strong relationships.Requirements: o      Trade Test Certificate.o    Project Management Certificate.o      National Diploma in Electrical Engineering is an added advantage.o      Minimum of 8 years’ experience in executive management within the Electrical Contracting industry.o     Minimum of 8 years’ experience working with HV and HT Cables.o      Minimum of 8 years’ experience working with Substations.o     Proven track record of successful leadership in the electrical contracting industry or a similar field.o      In-depth knowledge of electrical contracting regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.o      Solid grasp of strategic planning and execution, with the ability to align operational initiatives with overall  business objectives.o      Experience in budget development, financial forecasting, and cost analysis, with a focus on optimizing resourceallocation and maximizing profitability.o      Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic initiatives todrive business growth.o      Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Our client is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from individuals of all backgrounds. If you think you’re a fit, please apply!
