This person will need to have excellent project management and interpersonal skills. Experience in working with data and CRM platforms will be essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Funnel: Responsible for making sure opportunities are moving through the Cyberlogic sales funnel smoothly. The individual in this role should be tracking conversion rates through each stage of the funnel, analysing pertinent data so they can make sound recommendations for how to improve the funnel’s performance. Essential that this individual can identify blockers and recommend solutions to improve the process. Streamlining and optimising the sales process: This individual will be responsible for periodically reviewing the sales processes to ensure they are fit for purpose and can scale as the business grows. They will be responsible for proposing and implementing changes to improve efficiencies. Manage sales tools and technologies: The Demand Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing existing sales tools and for the sourcing, selection and implementation of sales automation tools as and when needed. They will ensure the demand team has the tools they need to succeed by periodically evaluating usage and capability of the tools. Data Management: Responsible for the management of contact lists, ensure that CRM data is up to date, regularly audit data for consistency, setup automations, and manage custom fields and data for the team. Sales Forecasting: Manage Client Success Managers input into CRM and ensure systems are up to date with the latest information that is needed for accurate forecasting. Responsible for forecasting and data analysis that provides valuable insight into the team’s performance. Sales Mandate: Manage the sales mandate process, hold team accountable to requirements and ensure the mandates are well understood. Standards and Documentation: In conjunction with the Head of Demand set up standards and supporting documentation to support overall understanding of what is required by the team thus reducing confusion and increasing speed of adoption of new processes and standards. CORE COMPETENCIES: Essential: A strong understanding of Sales / GTM Strategy and Execution and how this aligns to business goals. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to analyse large quantities of data and discern actionable insights from that data. Track record of building and distributing reports. A deep understanding of opportunity pipeline management&maintaining pipeline hygiene. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes. A process mindset – able to understand and map sales workflows/processes, as well as highlight dependencies and blockers. Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts clearly and succinctly to a wide variety of internal stakeholders across written and verbal channels. Excellent operational/procedural thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize large amounts of information and logically structure deliverables. Ability to manage and appropriately prioritise multiple projects simultaneously. Beneficial: Familiarity with Sales Operations in an MSP/MSSP/SaaS business preferred. A strong understanding of key subscription/SaaS metrics and where they are applicable (MRR, TCV, NNACV, Net/Gross churn, CAC, LTV, etc.). KEY REQUIREMENTS: Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. At least 4+ years of experience in a Sales Operations / Revenue Operations function assisting Sales Leadership with reporting and analytics. Experienced with Excel. Beneficial: Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is preferred. 3+ years’ experience working with Autotask (Preferred), SFDC, HubSpot, or similar CRM. Sales Management experience.
