Adult Care Lawyer Job Description Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a dynamic East London borough council which is seeking a highly motivated Adult Care Lawyer to join their team.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support in all aspects of adult social care law. ROLE: Adult Care Lawyer RATE: £60-£65 CONTRACT LENGTH: 3 months ongoing LOCATION: East London - hybrid working Key Responsibilities Provide support to the Principal Adult Care Solicitor Provide general advice on and the conduct of routine and moderately complex cases involving adult social services issues The role will also offer the opportunity to undertake advocacy at the Court of Protection and County Court.
