Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Eng / BSc Eng in Civil Engineering; Registered as a Professional Engineer (PrEng) at ECSA; 5+ years post registration experience in water&sanitation infrastructure development; Water&sanitation planning experience; Experience in bulk water supply lines, pipelines&pump stations; Groundwater development and rural water supply experience; Sound understanding of construction contracts (GCC, FIDIC Red/Yellow Book). The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Exposure to large multi-year infrastructure refurbishment and upgrading projects; Mentoring and managing a planning and design team during project development stages of projects; Design development, documentation, procurement, construction administration and close out; Managing project in accordance with QMS.
