Minimum of Financial Accounting 2 or equivalent4+ years experience in property investment / property finance structuringExperience in auditing, banking and / or sales and marketing advantageous The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Networking and marketing by developing relationshipsDesign deal structures that will accommodate the clients needsConduct all required due diligence on : investment in commercial properties; equity investment in joint venture; providing funding to SMEsCompile investment proposal reportsPortfolio management (maintain relationships with clients and attend management meetings for equity investments in joint ventures) Salary: Market related
