Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related 2+ years’ experience in marketing – retail or Quick Service Restaurant industry Strong understanding of retail marketing principles&consumer behaviour Creative thinker and able to develop innovative marketing concepts Strong communication (English fluency)&presentation skills Proficient in MS Office and marketing analytics tools Valid license and passport – regular travel to various markets The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Develop / implement marketing strategies for in-restaurant promotions, menu offerings, and local store marketing initiatives across all company’s markets Work closely with menu development teams and operations to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive sales Presentation of retail marketing plans Analyse sales data and consumer trends Salary: R40 000.00 – R45 000.00 per month CTC (dependent on experience).
