Our client in Luxury Inbound Safari Travel is looking for a dynamic an organized Personal Assistant to perform HR and Marketing related tasks and projects. The individual should be experienced in the field of PA to immediately impact and assist. Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the 2 Owners in the form of HR and Marketing task. Assist in organizing and coordinating HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and training. Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Support in creating marketing materials and coordinating marketing campaigns. Essential Qualifications: Associate Degree in relevant field - Human Resources / Marketing Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
