Job Description: To assist our users with general ICT-related technical support issues. Assist users either onsite or remotely to determine the nature of the problem, diagnose hardware or software issues, provide effective assistance and maintain strong customer relationships. [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Customer service Repairs Trouble shooting and resolution Installations Job Requirements: Minimum National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology preferred. Good interpersonal skills; Cloud Computing concepts such as Office 365 Administration Ability to work with little supervision at times Knowledge of hardware components and hardware troubleshooting procedures Proven 3+ years of IT helpdesk support experience with excellent customer service skills at both first and second level support; Experience with anti-virus, anti-spyware, and anti-spam applications; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot network services and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.); and networking Ability to critically analyse a symptom, diagnose a fault, plan and take appropriate action on equipment including, PCs, printers, Good time management skills; Knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems.
