The CMO is part of the company's leadership team focussed on Marketing Activities. This role willplay a fundamental role in how the company grows over the coming years, and will offer a fantasticopportunity to not only help further scale our existing products but also influence new content.This is a strategic role that brings together the various pillars of Marketing but will require someonewho is also able and willing to get stuck in, contribute practically, influence action and driveperformance.The CMO shall be responsible for the overall strategies of the various teams within Marketing andwill be expected to establish an effective organisation framework between the teams in order toleverage opportunities and improve ROI. As such, the CMO shall oversee and positively influence thecontribution of Marketing to the company’s goals and objectives.Importantly, the CMO will also be required to establish close, collaborative relationships with therespective departments to ensure the voice of Marketing (and that of our players) is heard.The CMO will be expected to support the various teams within Marketing and establish effectivereporting that helps improve understanding across the business, drives action and delivers value;detailing progress and profitability of all Marketing initiatives to each of the game teams, across thecompany, to the leadership team and in Board meetings.This role combines the creative part of Marketing and the functional expertise of the channels with adata driven performance-based approach. The CMO will also collaborate with other leaders fromacross the group on common projects and for group-wide knowledge sharing.Role Responsibilities & expectations:• Responsible for Marketing, including:o Performance Marketing across multiple channels including Facebook, Google,Networks & ASOo Brand/positioning and Product Marketingo Creative Services production of well-fitting and high-performing creativeso Platform relations (i.e. Apple & Google)o Community Management (including social media and influencer activity)o Ownership of all existing Customer Touchpointso Promotional and Communication Strategy Planning and Executiono Automation and Journey Structure Definitiono Brand/positioning and Product Marketingo Working closely with the Creative Studio to ensure production of well-fitting andhigh-performing creatives• Work with the leadership team to agree high-level Marketing strategy/plans andgoals/targets that drive profit and complement business objectives• Set the overall strategy for Marketing to keep being ahead of competitors in terms offunctional expertise, tracking and marketing systems• Develop/review/refine Marketing strategies for each site including product positioning,pillars, campaign roadmaps and media/channel mix with a view to increasing ROI• Reporting of Marketing performance to the leadership team.• Guardian of BlueIons corporate image• Lead, coach, develop and support direct and in-direct reports• Manage the creative process and balance this with business needsRequirements• Leadership experience > 5 years• Experience of brand strategy and marketing campaigns, including communications• Technical understanding of tracking and reporting systems• Analytical competencies / mindset• Strong problem solving and organisational skills• Growth focussed, goal oriented individual• Able and willing to lead from the front, getting “hands on” as required• Excellent written and verbal communications skills• A diplomatic and professional approach, able to gather and share information in anenergetic and inclusive manner, while dealing effectively with challenging situations• A people person who enjoys managing teams and cares about their team’s welfare, as wellas their output• Ideally passionate about Casinos and *** Content#J-18808-Ljbffr
