We require a dynamic Junior Service Delivery Manager to join our infrastructure services on a fixed term contract. Please make sure that you are willing to work on a contract role before you apply below. The Junior Services Delivery Manager is a pivotal position designed to nurture and develop service excellence. This role focuses on providing hands-on experience and training in the development of technical expertise, communication skills, and presentation capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Learning and Development Engage in a structured process to acquire foundational knowledge in operations, managed services offerings, and industry best practices. Actively participate in workshops and self-study to gain proficiency in relevant technologies and solutions. Client Engagement Participate in client meetings, both as an observer and gradually as a contributor, to understand client requirements and concerns. Develop strong client communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively. Presentation Skills Practice and refine presentation skills through regular sessions, with a focus on delivery. Client Advocacy Develop the ability to advocate for client needs and interests while balancing them with the capabilities and constraints of managed services offerings.
