Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and maintain comprehensive product knowledge. Brand Building: Participate in company events, conferences, and other marketing initiatives to generate leads and enhance brand awareness. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 5-8 years in a sales executive or account management role with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations. Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. Mobility: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
