Working as part of a cohesive and friendly team, a new opportunity has arisen requiring a solicitor or CiLEX with not less than 4/5 yrs' PQE. The focus of this role will be advising wealthier clients on asset protection and estate planning using tax efficiency in wills and use of trusts. We would be delighted to hear from private client specialists experienced in: • Advising on and preparing Wills, • assessing estates on potential tax liabilities, • estate&wealth protection measures, • Lasting Powers of Attorney, • Living Wills and Letters of Wishes, • Lifetime gifts and tax issues, • Elderly Client Advice, • Trusts administration • Advising trustees This a key and pivotal role in the team providing excellent prospects.
