Senior SAP Business Analyst - Banking (F/M/D)We are looking for ambitious and experienced individuals who are passionate about SAP Banking Services to join our growing SAP Financial Services team.Working within innovative transformation projects you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver international SAP projects with special focus on the Financial Services industry:Task DescriptionCreate and maintain detailed Business Analysis procedures and processes.Continuously explore opportunities to improve processes and increase value add to the business.Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues.Assess, research, analyse, and document stakeholder needs, using appropriate information gathering and modeling techniques to elicit requirements.Contribute to business solutions that satisfy stakeholder needs while exploring options for value-add for clients.Gather and analyse business requirements for the cloud migration of SAP CRM and BS9 systems.Work with the extended team to develop financial models to estimate project costs, savings, and return on investment (ROI).Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies associated with the migration project.Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.Liaise with various stakeholders, including IT, operations, finance, and senior management, to gather input and ensure alignment.Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture requirements and feedback.Communicate project goals, benefits, and status updates to stakeholders at all levels.Create comprehensive documentation, including business cases, project plans, process maps, and technical specifications.Develop presentations for executive review and approval.Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and milestones.Analyse existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement through cloud migration.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.Skill RequirementBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.ORMinimum 5 years of experience in the banking environment, SAP Banking Products preferableProfessional certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.Proven experience in developing business cases for large-scale IT projects.Understanding of Banking Products (Loans and Deposits), processes, and regulationsAbility to analyse complex problems and propose solutionsAn independent, motivated, and results-oriented way of working using analytical and conceptional methodologiesYou enjoy working in a customer and team-oriented way, with strong communication skills and a confident and positive mannerWillingness to travel worldwide, location preferred Europe, South AfricaProficient and fluent written and spoken EnglishPrior experience with cloud migration projects is a significant advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.Familiarity with financial modelling and cost-benefit analysis.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.Proactive and self-motivated.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.A competitive salary and generous benefits packageA flexible working environment based completely on mutual trust and respect, with the ability to work however and wherever you wantBecome part of an expert team with global reach and impact where you can make a real differenceWorking for an SAP and SAP Fioneer preferred partner with a longstanding history of designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions in collaboration with SAPA challenging and multi-cultural working environment.
