ENVIRONMENT: Our client is a swiftly expanding international consultancy, specializing in developing tailored implementations of their business platform software to provide digital transformation solutions for a diverse array of corporate clients. Serving as the main point of contact for all matters related to employees, they are in search of an HR Manager who will play a pivotal role in supervising activities such as job design, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management. Additionally, the HR Manager ensures the company’s adherence to labor laws. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a prerequisite, accompanied by a demonstrated track record of 10 years or more as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or in a comparable role within the technology industry. DUTIES: Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure smooth onboarding experiences. Handle employee relations matters, address grievances, and mediate conflicts. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives. Promote corporate values and shape a positive culture. Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes, providing guidance to managers and employees. Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and conduct performance coaching sessions. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge. Support career development initiatives and mentorship programs. Stay up to date with Labour laws and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a healthy work environment. Administer employee benefits programs and address employee queries related to benefits and perks. Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review. Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. REQUIREMENTS: Skills: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Solid understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. A knowledge of UK HR laws and regulations would be an advantage. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or in a similar role within the technology industry of 10 years or more.
