In this role you will be responsible to drive new business in the Coffee Vending Machine portfolio of the Nestle Professional division, responsible for actively hunting for new business to grow their base and maintain current base of existing business. Maintaining collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through Identifying new business opportunities, to achieve common goals and long-term sustainable profitability. A day in the life of a Solution Sales Rep: Cold Calling to Identify, source and close new business opportunities (lead generation) in line with KPI’s set which are measured weekly/monthly/quarterly. Ability to negotiate and communicate with Senior decision makers to enter long term Coffee machine and ingredients contracts. Understand and analyses customer needs and provide the Coffee machine Solutions accordingly. Implement successful plans&promotions at Customer and Regional level to drive Coffee solutions business. Management of allocated sales territory and achievement of monthly and annual targetsset on Coffee ingredients sales and machine placements. Apply outstanding Customer Service Relationship Management - Investigate and resolve all Customer queries and complaints relating to beverage solutions business. Monthly Business Planning - Accuracy on monthly forecasting Reduce and maintain a clean debtor’s book and resolve outstanding /overdue accounts timeously. Timeous feedback and updates on Admin related tasks and allocated responsibilities with attention to detail. What will make you successful? Understanding and grasping the Coffee Industry and Trends, Machines, and their technical capabilities Dynamic Self-motivated individual with attention to detail and Excels in Route planning in allocated territories. Minimum 3 years sales experience - Excellent Communication skills with a proven track record of deals closed within the Coffee industry, FMCG, Hospitality, Office Automation industry, Out of Home Channel – Education, Hospitality, CVS (Forecourts), Business&Industry (Offices) Degree/Diploma - BCom, Sales&Marketing, Finance or related PC literate- Intermediate knowledge of Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint), SAP, C4C Valid Driver’s License Experience in Key Accounts&Field Sales Management will be advantageous. Financial Understanding - awareness of ROI (Return of Investment).
