Role Summary Reporting to the Head of After Sales Services, the Fitter performs a variety of production or assembly operations. Accountabilities / Key Performance Areas General labouring. Loading and unloading. Works in the production process for the company HTM truck mixer range and all other workshop manufacturing, repairs, and maintenance. Machine assembly, repair, and servicing on and off site. Responsibilities (but Not Limited To) General labouring. Assembly of truck mixers. Assembly of plant components. Packing and unpacking. Stocking. Loading and unloading. Parts inventory for jobs on hand, parts collection, and identification. Adhere to safety standards in the workshop, yard, and in the field. Cleaning duties in tool, stock, or material stores or workshop directly linked to the shop floor and production process and the sales stock yard.
