Job Description As a Senior Sales Manager for Experian MicroAnalytics, you will be responsible for growing long-term revenue from a portfolio of telcos, fintechs and distribution partners around the world. For your named accounts, you will lead the account planning and sales production plans and be the main point of contact for Experian MicroAnalytics. Your clients will see you as their trusted advisor who understands their business challenges and can tailor a suite of solutions to help them meet and exceed their objectives. Specific responsibilities include: Meet or exceed sales goals each year by driving the sale of Experian MicroAnalytics products and services to your client base Strong understanding of trends and developments in the telecommunications, mobile money fintech and value-added services segments, and their implications to the MicroAnalytics business unit, ultimately leading to more wins and more share of our clients business Understand in detail your clients and your partners’ business developments and organizational evolutions to create strategies that will uncover new sales opportunities Generate business plans for each client and partner that clearly define untapped business opportunities, new revenue streams and partnership models Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Client Delivery, Product Marketing, and Finance to create large scale opportunities for the business Ensure corporate governance and anti-bribery and corruption policies are strictly adhered to, both directly and through the agent network Be a resilient and confidant sales leader who can effectively navigate large telecoms and fintech’s to build long-lasting relationships with C-level decision makers Have the flexibility to cope with the natural peaks and troughs of enterprise sales, including at times high peak workloads, travel away from home, and client-imposed deadlines Qualifications Bachelor's Degree level or equivalent, preferably in a marketing or management discipline Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals 5+ years’ experience and a proven track record of selling data-driven enterprise solutions to telecoms around the world, at the core operator level and in their value-added services and mobile money segments Superior analytical and influential skills, flexibility, attention to detail and exceptional creativity Effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills Embodies integrity, curiosity, dependability, reliability, self-motivation and a winning attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with MS Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Salesforce CRM Fluency in English (written and spoken) required, other languages desired but not mandatory Additional Information Experian Careers - Creating a better tomorrow together Find out what its like to work for Experian by clicking here #J-18808-Ljbffr
