Qualifications Completed MatricBanking DegreeQualifications in Business Administration, Business Management or Accounting would be advantageous.Experience5 - 7 yearsExperience in overseeing the day-to-day management of collections contact centre (Inbound and Outbound), credit systems, processes, and managing the employees executing an integrated SBSA (Standard Bank South Africa) customer debt management process, recovery strategy and operating model.
