Continuously update information as estimation changes.Together with the relevant role players initiate; plan; coordinate and implement theFertilizer programIrrigation programSpray programPrune programManage projects when appropriateHarvesting plan – it is important that the Area Manager plays a strong leadership role to ensure that harvesting is happening as required.
