Job Title: Factory Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to oversee our purified and mineralized water manufacturing operations. The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. They will manage a team of workers and ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
● Oversee all aspects of the purified and mineralized water manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control
● Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management
● Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations
● Work closely with other departments, such as scientific and logistics, to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards
● Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste
● Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs
● Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand
Requirements:
● Business Management Diploma or equivalent. Operations Management Certificate will be an added advantage.
● 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management. Experience in mineralized water manufacturing will be an added advantage
● Strong leadership and management skills
● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
● Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
● Experience with inventory management and supply chain logistics
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
