To maximize selling opportunities by providing consistently exceptional customer experience and ensuring profitability in leading the Beauty team to meet and or exceed targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for stock management disciplines, stock losses and shrinkage at store level daily Recruit, develop, retain and lead a competent and motivated Beauty Team to deliver against the Beauty BudgetManage sales activities on a day-to day basis with agreed performance measuresManage the commission process in the Store – e.g. give input for budgets, communicate targets to Beauty Consultants, monitor performance against targetsMaximise promotional sales through effective planning and implementation of promotions and special events in conjunction with the Beauty Brand HousesBuild effective relationships with the Area Representatives from the Brand Houses to ensure support for promotions and eventsProvide input into the Stores Operating PlanDelivery of good housekeeping principles KEY COMPETENCIES Behavioural Skills: Passion for the Brand and CustomersPlanning and OrganizingPersonal EffectivenessThinking Strategically and CommerciallyLeading TransformationDelivering High PerformanceConnecting PeopleMaking Insightful Business Decisions Having an Innovative Merchant Mindset Technical Skills: Degree / Diploma or relevant qualificationMinimum of 2-3 years in team leadership roleMinimum of 2-3 years Beauty DM retail experience Experience in managing a team for a Beauty Counter / Beauty Department / Beauty Shop would be advantageousExperience in managing Beauty ConsultantsMust have 2-3 years Stores and industry experience and knowledge#J-18808-Ljbffr
