Business Development Manager IT Recruitment 2024-05-21 - 2024-06-30 Permanent JHB002281 Information Technology / Telecommunications We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales/Account/BD Manager to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with IT clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and business development initiatives. 7+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the IT staffing industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth Strong network of contacts and relationships within the IT sector, particularly with IT clients Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team 7+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the IT staffing industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at prospective client organizations. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitive insights. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored staffing solutions that meet the unique requirements of clients. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
