Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30 To contribute to the strategic direction of CIB Regulatory Reporting by developing strategic plans and solutions in order to shape the Standard Bank Group's (SBG) overall performance in regulatory reporting. To manage the regulatory reporting for SBG to the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) for legislative and ethical compliance through submission of Minimum Reserve Balances and Liquid Assets. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree Field of Study: Business Commerce Experience Required Regulatory Reporting Finance&Value Management 3-4 years Demonstrable thought leadership in regulatory reporting, underpinned by a theoretical and applied understanding of legislative compliance. Proven experience in developing and delivering improved reporting systems, including hands-on experience working with data infrastructures and distributed systems. Broad experience in strategic development and implementation of regulatory reporting. 5-7 years In-depth understanding of how the banking industry works, with knowledge of available products and their functionality. Extensive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver proven results within a matrix organisation with disparate goals and reporting lines.
