The successful candidate has the responsibility for the implementation of the Sub Sahara and African region Strategy and business opportunities. This position will conceptualize, develop, steer, and implement the NSO SSA strategy with flawless execution, coordination, managing resources, managing budgets, and reporting of each project up to the Board level.Candidates with a background in Consulting with solid business development/strategy formulation experience are encouraged to apply. Duties:Develop and steer the implementation of Projects and Strategies supporting all NSO Business requirements in line with Group strategies, across all Brands and the Dealer Organization and within the SSA/Africa region.Working with the pillar champions/division heads of each of the core topics within the strategy to determine activities and KPIs for each.Manage the coordination, tracking, reporting and follow up of all NSO SSA projects and ensure adherence to timely and financial targets.Manage the Strategic Review Meeting which takes place every month – prepare agenda, coordinate and align between pillar champions, chair meeting, and minutes.Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs to ensure that project targets are achievedPrepare communication plans of the NSO SSA strategy by and in line with the corporate strategy.Manage the budget related to the NSO SSA Strategy which sits within the department Technology and Business Strategy to an estimated value of R12mil. Focus on SSA pillar supporting SSA Market heads in developing strategies i.e., corporate strategy, future business development, group brand expansion and BoM communicationDevelopment of implementation plans, and strategies to enhance the geographical footprint for the Group brands in all countries of Africa by working with the SSA team and NSO Director as well as presenting to the board on these topics.Develop and prove the business viability of any new business opportunities for the NSO i.e., the introduction of additional revenue streams, the viability of additional Group Brand introduction into SA/SSA which includes support with Government relation and LobbyContinuously monitor the market environment and develop together with the brands research studies and market intelligence reports that support the decision-making of crucial strategic topics.Requirements:A recognised Degree / National Diploma in Business Management or process / Industrial Engineering1 -2 Yeas experience within a consultation firmEssential:Ability to think at a strategic level and to integrate business requirements, business processes, and technology.Proven track record in developing and implementing projects and strategies.A minimum of 5 years of management experience.Business case preparation, analysis, stakeholder management, and Board level communication.Task Leadership experience.Capable of leading and managing cross-divisional functions and through all levels in the organization.Clear understanding of the Group Customer experience, Commercial Brands, and Dealer IT and CRM philosophies and marketing initiatives.Innovative, analytical and delivery-orientated thinking.Advantage:Qualifications in Project Management, Business Management, and/or Business Process Reengineering, MBA Experience in the Sales and Marketing environment within the automotive industry3 - 4 Years experience within a consultation firm.#J-18808-Ljbffr
