Role Summary: Reporting to the Global VP of Sales, the Country Manager will lead and manage the South African sales team . You will drive business growth by leveraging insights and managing both existing and new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the sales team. Implement sales strategies and achieve targets. Manage business plans, sales budgets, and customer relationships. Growing client base. Collaborate on marketing, education, and CRM initiatives. Travel across South Africa (70%) and occasionally to other African countries. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5+ years in sales leadership. Experience in skincare, medical, or pharmaceutical sales Strong financial and sales team management skills. Proficient in MS Office This position would be a hybrid setup - but requires being office based two days a week in Hillcrest.
