Job Description:Meet with directors monthly to align IT capabilities with business needs.Plan and manage budgets approved by the company.Recognize and mitigate IT risks.Manage IT capabilities for effective use.Asset life cycle planning.Capacity planning.Procurement planning and approval.Consulting on IT related matters within the company.Planning & consulting on company cell phone packages.Relationship management with service providers and suppliers.Implementing and monitoring performance metrics for IT staff.Employing and managing of IT staff.Weekly productivity meetings with IT staff.Software license management.Recognize and enforce IT improvements.Ensuring IT policies and procedures are met.Identifying legal requirements in IT space.Confidential information gathering and management.Planning & managing building security systems, incl. Time & Attendance.Plan and document disaster recovery procedure.Plan and develop Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Base Articles.Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.Install and support Servers, services and firewalls.Make recommendations for future upgrades.Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.Install and maintain network hardware and software.Analyse and isolate network and server issues.Qualifications:Relevant Qualification and experience requiredJob Type: Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
