Strong negotiation skills, excellent relationship building ability and proven sales track record required. Responsibilities: Build and maintain solid relationships with major key accounts. Actively expand relationships and bring in new key clients. Resolve client issues and complaints. Manage communications between key clients and internal teams. Negotiate contracts. Establish and oversee budgets (company and client budgets). Plan and present reports on account progress and goals. Work with team members from other departments to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met. Requirements: Matric. National Certificate / Diploma in Sales or Marketing preferred. 3-5 years sales experience. Branding / signage / printing background would be an advantage. Good Excel and CRM software knowledge. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Goal-oriented, organized team player. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
