Key Responsibilities: Arrange and procure IT equipment for employees and maintenance replacement parts. Maintain the running server that is currently interlinked between 3 branches. Manage SAGE-Evolution software maintenance and generate reports as the chosen accounting system. Design, develop, roll-out, and maintain web applications and websites using SQL Server, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MVC framework. Perform regular maintenance and updates of various applications to ensure optimal performance and security. Document and report on technical processes and procedures for internal and external use. Train end-users in the effective use of relevant applications, technologies, and processes. Monitor and respond to technical support requests through email, phone, and site visits. Assist software engineers in projects involving specialized IT functionality and integration. Arrange, procure, and manage the routine maintenance of building facilities. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Sage-Evolution (training provided if not previously experienced). Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git/GitHub. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
