RPO Recruitment - Reliability Engineering Manager RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a Reliability Engineering Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of reliability engineering, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our client's equipment and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance strategies, improve equipment performance, and reduce downtime. Responsibilities: Develop and implement reliability engineering strategies and programs Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure equipment reliability and performance Analyze data and conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment and system failures Lead and facilitate failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) studies Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize maintenance schedules and procedures Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs Evaluate and select appropriate reliability tools and technologies Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance and operations teams Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Proven experience as a Reliability Engineer or in a similar role Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles, methodologies, and tools Experience with reliability software and data analysis tools Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Certification in Reliability Engineering (e.g. CRE, CMRP) is preferred Benefits: Salary: negotiable Private Health Care Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
