The successful candidate must: have a minimum of 5 years’ IEB experience in teaching Information Technology up to Grade 12 level; be able to teach coding in the Senior Phase; teach in a relevant and innovative manner ensuring that proficiency in Information Technology and ESTEAM concepts is instilled in students; have excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills; be able to work well within a team and report to a Head of Department; be engaged in the school activities and contribute to the extramural programme such as clubs and/or ESTEAM festivals; be willing to commit to ongoing personal and professional development; have the requisite professional and academic qualifications and proof of registration with SACE.
