Minimum Qualification s: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) Proven 10+ years’ experience in a managerial role within the ICT sector Strong understanding of Dell, HP, Huawei and Lenovo business operations Excellent pricing and negotiations skills and experience in building sustainable departments Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and manage client service contracts Minimum Desired Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the ICT sector, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity Extensive knowledge of client service operations, including end-user devices (printing, laptops, desktops, managed service desk, boardroom equipment, Microsoft Services and resource contracts, etc) Proven track record of successful revenue generation and sales management. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client, distribution and vendor relationships Proficiency in tender application processes and contract management Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans Strong knowledge and experience working on the partner portals for HP, Dell, Huawei, Lenovo. (a full understanding of the deal registration process and certifications). Minimum Desired Competencies Exceptional written and oral communication skills with ability to coordinate work activities with remote teams Strong analytical and conceptualization skills (e.g., the ability to "join the dots", and communicate this at multiple levels) Working effectively within local and distributed teams Excellent planning, interpersonal, problem solving, leadership skills. Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy Understanding of budgets and business-planning Ability to conduct technological analyses and research Effective and productive collaborator to drive cross-functional initiatives Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to facilitate data-driven decision-making, with a proven track record of iteration and experimentation Must have an executive presence and proven leadership skills to apply when partnering and engaging with executive-level leaders with constructive confrontation and collaboration.
